Dear endoscopist and endoscopy-nurse,

When we started our EUS-course 20 years ago,we did not at all expect it to run for 20 years and still be working at the AMC. Reality however is that we will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of our course on June 8 & 9, 2017! The EUS course started
as a teaching course for novices but now also serves as a postgraduate course for benchmarking of your performance against that of internationally renowned experts. This highly interactive course not only shows you techniques but also critically
discusses indications and contra-indications for EUS. Where must we do it, where should we consider and where should we definitely not do it.

As the interaction between doctor and nurse becomes more and more the standard, we truly hope to welcome teams of endosonographists and their gi-nurses at the 20th EUS – Live in Amsterdam.
